PTS Indonesia setiap tahunnya memiliki agenda untuk mengevaluasi kinerja karyawannya. Evaluasi penilaian kinerja karyawan masih belum optimal karena proses penilaiannya masih bersifat subjektif dengan indikator penilaian yang sulit terukur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Penentuan Karyawan Terbaik dengan Menggunakan Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weigthing (SAW). Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penilaian adalah Delivery On Time, Delivery On Budget, Team Satisfaction, dan soft skill. Evaluasi yang dilakukan dalam artikel ini menggunakan 10 sampel data dengan hasil sistem mampu memilih karyawan terbaik secara lebih objektif dengan indikator yang terukur. Karyawan dengan nilai yang lebih merata menempati peringkat yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan karyawan dengan satu nilai menonjol sehingga penilaian menjadi benar-benar objektif.
